An updated version of our early version, the idea of the ’Winemakers vest’ naturally came during our travels ’Entre Bordeaux et l’Atlantique’, needless to say, with a glass in hand. During our Travelogue, we had the opportunity to meet several inspiring and passionate local people. One of these meeting occured at Chateau D’Aguilhe. It inspired us to find a fabric that moves in between vines and Chateau seamlessly.

The Winemakers vest is made in a high-quality, sturdy brushed cotton fabric, also known as moleskin. Moleskin, typically used for casually tailored trousers or chinos, we see the nature of the fabric also works incredibly well for a ’365 all year round’ second layer vest. Wearable as an option to a jacket for more leisure occasions, such as weekends or trips, yet also incredibly useful in everyday situations during work hours and there after. The design is kept to a clean, minimum, as we see the garment as a complement to a range of different outfits in your wardrobe. The clean, straight cut also adds to the possibility of wearing it as a unisex piece, mixing casual tailoring or a denim look.

This version of the Winemakers vest comes ready-to-wear in two standard colors, ’Lormont blue’ and ’Chateau beige’ with the possibility of choosing a completely unique fabric via our Made to order program. Simply contact us for a personal consultation (WhatsApp, Chat, Messenger).

Care instruction: Leave your garment out to air dry. Avoid dry cleaning since it will damage the fibers and shorten the lifespane of your wool garment. Dry clean only when noticeable stains. Use a steamer gently to remove wrinkles.

 Take care of your garment:

  • Use a proper hanger. A good hanger will retain its shape.
  • Let your garment rest – preferably 24 hours after wearing
  • Brush your garment once in a while to remove deep rooted dust
  • Rotating with garments in your wardrobe to maintain its durability
