Fit warranty as a first-time customer

As part of our service, Blugiallo offers all new customers a fit warranty that, if necessary, covers the cost of simple tailoring adjustments.

As a customer, you are responsible for contacting us within 10 days after receiving the product(s) with any comments regarding fit and any need for adjustments. Otherwise, the delivered product and fit are considered accepted and approved. If adjustments are desired, you as a customer must return with the desired adjustments, motivation, and a picture of your garment. This is sent to: event@blugiallo.com.

Listed below are examples of adjustments:

  • Shorten/lengthen trousers
  • Wider/slimmer leg width
  • Waist adjustment shirt
  • Waist adjustment jacket

It is always up to Blugiallo to decide whether the garment needs an adjustment or not. The guarantee is not intended to cover minor adjustments that cannot be considered visible.

In the event of adjustments at the tailor, the following amount limits apply:

  • Jacket SEK 450 /  45 €  / 50 $
  • Suit SEK 450 /  45 €  / 50 $
  • Trousers SEK 250 /  25 €  / 30 $
  • Shirt SEK 250 /  25 €  / 30 $

If the cost of the adjustment exceeds the stated amounts, the remaining part is covered by the customer.

When approving the warranty application, you as a customer can leave your garment to a local tailor for adjustments. This must be done in consultation with Blugiallo and by using the warranty, you undertake as a customer to return the following to Blugiallo:

  • Receipt from tailor with specified adjustments made.
  • Information regarding what adjustments have been made and updated measurements (in cm).
  • Send the receipt and information to event@blugiallo.com.

Your final invoice will then be credited with the amount of the adjustment costs. The new measurements are updated and added to your profile for future orders.
