The concept of ’Expressive Luxury’ puts you first. When it comes to product fit, design and delivery time, we’ve developed three flexible product alternatives.
Custom made is the absolute highest form of ’Expressive Luxury’ and what we refer to as the full ’BLUGIALLO experience’. A custom made products releases the full potential of individuality and personal style with;
Our Signature made (ready to wear) approach is developed from the request of customers that prefer having a faster delivery time, and easy purchasing experience, while still being able to experience the signature fit, design and style that goes into the BLUGIALLO brand. It is a curated, small selection of products and bridges the path to Custom made.
The Made to order service of a product is a hybrid between Custom made and Signature made, allowing for more flexibility in the choice of fabric choice, quality and color as well as design. The sizes in our made to order products are chosen from our Signature, standard sizing chart.
This product is Custom made and produced from your made to measure size.

*This service is a way for you to get a look and feel of the fabric before designing a garment with it.
A custom made jacket produced in possibly our most beloved suit and jacket fabric – a Loro Piana high twist hopsack wool. A crease resistant, incredibly stable fabric without loosing its soft touch and feel when worn. Wears great all year round with a variety of styling options and, as the name suggests, the traveller jacket is the perfect choice for work and a lifestyle in motion. Our custom tailored jackets are produced according to traditional tailoring principles with great attention to quality and detail and the traveller jacket comes with a light, sewn half canvas construction. We suggest adding a unlined construction to it if you want the full ‘lightweight tailoring’ experience.
The Traveller jacket is exclusively available as Custom Made with the design options available directly online. You can also simply hit the chat or whatsapp tab for service.

Custom made products have a production time of 4-5 weeks since the garment is produced uniquely for you.
The delivery time for a Signature made (ready to wear) product is 3-5 days (standard EU). If the product is sold out (out of stock), you can order it Made to order, with a delivery time of 4-5 weeks. Simply use this option in the menu after choosing size, or contact us to learn more.
Made to order products have the same production time as Custom made, 4-5 weeks. The delivery time is 5-6 weeks (standard EU).
