Custom made is the absolute highest form of ’Expressive Luxury’ and what we refer to as the full ’BLUGIALLO experience’. A custom made products releases the full potential of individuality and personal style with;
Our Signature made (ready to wear) approach is developed from the request of customers that prefer having a faster delivery time, and easy purchasing experience, while still being able to experience the signature fit, design and style that goes into the BLUGIALLO brand. It is a curated, small selection of products and bridges the path to Custom made.
The Made to order service of a product is a hybrid between Custom made and Signature made, allowing for more flexibility in the choice of fabric choice, quality and color as well as design. The sizes in our made to order products are chosen from our Signature, standard sizing chart.

*This service is a way for you to get a look and feel of the fabric before designing a garment with it.
Our contemporary flannel shirt in sandstone beige brushed cotton flannel. Sourced from a small Italian weaver, designed for Fall & Winter layering and a casually tailored look. Soft, brushed flannel gives a smooth and comfortable feel with our signature rolled one piece collar. Made with our straight, tailored cut to give it a more contemporary look and feel. It also wears really well untucked if your into the whole “tech savvy” or (excuse the term) “quiet luxury”.
Naturally, the flannel shirt is a Fall & Winter staple, easy to dress both for work and leisure. Wears best September to late spring. Pair the flannel shirt with denim and shirt jacket for leisure, or dress up with our Signature flannel suits and jackets for a more refined, tonal look.
Our contemporary flannel shirts are available either Custom Made with 4-5 week delivery, as well as Signature Made for selected color (ready to wear) with instant delivery (2-3 days) and MTO (Made to order) for other colors.

CARE INSTRUCTION: Don’t wash your shirt more often than necessary. We recommend washing your shirt only when it is dirty. Use a steamer gently to remove wrinkles and odors.

Custom made products have a production time of 4-5 weeks since the garment is produced uniquely for you.
The delivery time for a Signature made (ready to wear) product is 3-5 days (standard EU). If the product is sold out (out of stock), you can order it Made to order, with a delivery time of 4-5 weeks. Simply use this option in the menu after choosing size, or contact us to learn more.
Made to order products have the same production time as Custom made, 4-5 weeks. The delivery time is 5-6 weeks (standard EU).
