Custom made is the absolute highest form of ’Expressive Luxury’ and what we refer to as the full ’BLUGIALLO experience’. A custom made products releases the full potential of individuality and personal style with;
Our Signature made (ready to wear) approach is developed from the request of customers that prefer having a faster delivery time, and easy purchasing experience, while still being able to experience the signature fit, design and style that goes into the BLUGIALLO brand. It is a curated, small selection of products and bridges the path to Custom made.
The Made to order service of a product is a hybrid between Custom made and Signature made, allowing for more flexibility in the choice of fabric choice, quality and color as well as design. The sizes in our made to order products are chosen from our Signature, standard sizing chart.

Made from a durable, yet soft and comfortable cotton twill fabric, our off grid chino is a casual, spring & summer staple. A high waist chino trouser, Made in Italy, with attention to all the details that matters to us. Designed with our ’Atlantic chino cut’, inspired by recreational sailing from a bygone era, meaning a straight, tailored silhouette – as casual and comfortable chinos can be without loosing touch. The fabric is made from a lightweight cotton, making it ideal for spring & summer use. Pair it with your favorite cashmere sweater at sea or simply whatever comes to mind on dry land.
The off grid chino is available Signature made (ready to wear) exclusively online.

Custom made products have a production time of 4-5 weeks since the garment is produced uniquely for you.
The delivery time for a Signature made (ready to wear) product is 3-5 days (standard EU). If the product is sold out (out of stock), you can order it Made to order, with a delivery time of 4-5 weeks. Simply use this option in the menu after choosing size, or contact us to learn more.
Made to order products have the same production time as Custom made, 4-5 weeks. The delivery time is 5-6 weeks (standard EU).
