Custom made is the absolute highest form of ’Expressive Luxury’ and what we refer to as the full ’BLUGIALLO experience’. A custom made products releases the full potential of individuality and personal style with;
Our Signature made (ready to wear) approach is developed from the request of customers that prefer having a faster delivery time, and easy purchasing experience, while still being able to experience the signature fit, design and style that goes into the BLUGIALLO brand. It is a curated, small selection of products and bridges the path to Custom made.
The Made to order service of a product is a hybrid between Custom made and Signature made, allowing for more flexibility in the choice of fabric choice, quality and color as well as design. The sizes in our made to order products are chosen from our Signature, standard sizing chart.

Since the launching of BLUGIALLO back in 2016, our high quality piquet shirts have become a signature piece for off duty finance people, creative minds and all clients in between/alike. It is still an absolute Perennial staple in a contemporary wardrobe as it is the perfect mix of comfort, quality and relaxed style. The structure and casual nature of the fabric makes it ideal to match with a range of other garments, from casual suiting to denim and chinos.
We have now updated this BLUGIALLO classic both in design and fabric. As well as design tweaks and a quality fabric, we’ve developed the ’OPC’ (One Piece Collar), a while back to bridge the gap between tailoring and casual wear, making this collar the ideal choice for more casual, structured shirting fabrics like linens, flannels and piquets.
This version comes in two Perennial colors – off white and navy. A perfect mix of staples. The signature issue piquet is available both as ready-to-wear (delivery in 3-5 working days) or with a unique fit through our extensive custom made program (5-6 weeks delivery). Furthermore it is also available in a range of other color options through either made-to-order in ready-to-wear or custom made sizing. CARE INSTRUCTION: Don’t wash your shirt more often than necessary. We recommend washing your shirt only when it is dirty. Use a steamer gently to remove wrinkles and odors.

Custom made products have a production time of 4-5 weeks since the garment is produced uniquely for you.
The delivery time for a Signature made (ready to wear) product is 3-5 days (standard EU). If the product is sold out (out of stock), you can order it Made to order, with a delivery time of 4-5 weeks. Simply use this option in the menu after choosing size, or contact us to learn more.
Made to order products have the same production time as Custom made, 4-5 weeks. The delivery time is 5-6 weeks (standard EU).
